The third quarter of 2024 was a productive and strategically important period for Challenger Project. Our focus was on strengthening partnerships, expanding user acquisition, and laying the groundwork for future growth, both in the web2 and web3 gaming spaces. We continued to push forward with key initiatives, including organizing successful tournaments, negotiating significant new opportunities, and securing collaborations that will bolster our B2B offerings. Below is a detailed summary of our achievements and ongoing efforts during this quarter.

Traffic and user engagement

In the third quarter, the Challenger Project platform saw activity from 13,000 unique players, with 1,000 new users registering on the platform. Among these, 300 were unique web3 players, reflecting our expanding presence in the web3 gaming ecosystem. Additionally, 1,800 participants took part in our tournaments, showcasing consistent engagement in competitive events on our platform. Currently, our WEB2 games portfolio includes League of Legends and Valorant, and we are planning to expand this portfolio, with Teamfight Tactics likely to be the next game introduced.

Strengthened partnership with Fabwelt

We strengthened our collaboration with Fabwelt, the publisher of Arsenal, a popular first-person shooter game in the web3 space. Together, we successfully organized a tournament featuring a $500 USD prize pool in $CHLL, sponsored by Fabwelt. This tournament laid the groundwork for future events and led to the development of a strategic plan to enhance the chll.gg system, allowing Fabwelt to organize similar tournaments on a regular basis.

User acquisition partnerships

We initiated key partnerships with the publishers of Alaska Gold Rush and Legends of Elysium, both of which are web3 games aiming to attract players from traditional WEB2 gaming environments. Alaska Gold Rush is an adventure game set in the Klondike gold rush era, while Legends of Elysium is a strategic, fantasy-based trading card game. Through these partnerships, both games have been able to acquire new players from the WEB2 gaming space, broadening their user base and increasing their reach.

Ongoing negotiations for major polish tournament

We are currently in negotiations with a leading financial institution in Poland to organize a significant gaming tournament for Polish players. The format of this event will be similar to the 2023 Red Bull Phase Rush, and the tournament is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Strategic collaborations with marketing agencies

We have also established a strategic partnership with one of Poland’s top marketing agencies and are in discussions with additional agencies. The goal of these collaborations is to integrate Challenger Project’s B2B services into the agencies’ portfolios, further enhancing our business offerings.

Focus on building stable revenue streams

Our efforts this quarter have also focused on creating stable revenue streams to support the long-term growth of the company and its products. This involves balancing the development of both web3 and web2 ecosystems to ensure a sustainable future for Challenger Project.

As we move into the fourth quarter, we are optimistic about the opportunities ahead, which we believe could be crucial for the continued growth and success of the Challenger Project. With new partnerships, exciting projects, and a focus on sustainable revenue streams, we are well-positioned to achieve significant milestones. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our partners, supporters, and $CHLL token holders for their unwavering support. Your contributions and belief in our vision are crucial to our progress, and we look forward to achieving even greater things together in the coming months.
